This year, we launched the Fulbright website, offering a searchable database of program alumni dating back to the 1940s.
Founded in 1946, the Fulbright Program is one of the world’s most prestigious scholarship initiatives, fostering academic and cultural exchange between the U.S. and countries around the globe, including Israel. Over the decades, Israeli Fulbright alumni have made significant contributions to art, culture, and research.
Notable graduates include some of Israel’s most prominent writers and poets such as Etgar Keret, Roni Somek, Dorit Rabinyan, Yigal Sarna, and Efrat Mishori, among others.
Fulbright alumni continue to influence Israeli literature, promote cultural dialogue, and bring international perspectives to local creative fields. We’re proud to support this legacy by helping design and deliver an accessible platform for those interested in the program and future applicants.
